Our bridal consultations include:
- Being styled by one of our specialist bridal consultants
- An exclusive fitting room and lounge area for your guests
- Complementary soft drinks for you and your guests throughout your appointment
- Complementary drinks on arrival from our Wedding House Bar for you and your guests. Any alcoholic drinks after will be chargeable.
All consultations are charged at £25 for a one and a half hour appointment for yourself and up to 3 guests*.
* Due to limited seating we can only seat a select number of guests. However, additional guests may be accommodated on request.
If you would like to bring additional guests, please contact the boutique.
The cost of the appointment is fully redeemable against any bridal dress purchase.

Booking Terms and Conditions
- Appointment Fee: A charge of £25 is applicable for each appointment, fully redeemable against the purchase of any bridal or bridesmaid dress, excluding sale dresses.
- Duration: All appointments are scheduled for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Second Appointments: Subsequent appointments also incur a £25 fee. If a dress is purchased during the second appointment, the £25 payment will be refunded, but the fee from the first appointment is non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled with at least 48 hours notice will receive a £25 refund. However, appointments canceled within 48 hours will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled, and the booking fee can be transferred to the new date. However, if the new date is canceled, regardless of providing 48 hours notice, the fee will not be refunded.
